I don't think Gullibility has anything to do with the kind and decent outreach which people are demonstrating by contributing to this fund. These are obviously kind and compassionate people who many, have spent personal time with these men, know these men and choose to support them in this difficult time because they care about them. Judging a person by their occasional hiring habits, which may or may not be completely known to you, when they are involved in a serious medical crisis is like judging a person for buying too many shoes and then experiencing the same unexpected medical crisis.

Thousands, if not hundreds of thousands and likely much more than that, are just an unexpected ICU hospitalization away from serious financial hardship if not ruin. Even with basic insurance.

The best of our humanity seems to step to the front of the line when people are in serious medical need or have been victims of unexpected heinous crimes. Many, simply by anonymous donations because they care.

Judging people, and those who care about those people when their sick is just simply unkind.

It's not about judging Lars, its about setting priorities, and taking advantage of people.  I'm and advocate or the first and frown upon the second.  What I know about people is what they show and tell me.  I would never downplay anyones struggles, as I've had many myself, and i would NEVER want anyone to be sick.  But I clearly see here a case of "wanting your cake, and eatting it too"...  You want to spend your money on "playtime" and then want others to bail you out when you dont have the means for your basic needs.  I'm sorry,  i am not that good natured of a person NOW;   was at one time until i had a lesson in reality.  We all JUDGE,  just as you are judging me here for my feelings, and I accept your viewpoint while not agreeing with it.  For me its akin to these people slyly laughing at their saviors for allowing them to frivolously spend THEIR $300 on cock because they know that good hearted people will pay for their rent or buy them groceries.   I would take that as a personal insult and feel duped.  Leaning on people for support is not the same thing as playing them for a fool.

But, who's laughing here? If you're suggesting that these two men in medical crisis are laughing at those who have given, please let me know so I can respond accordingly by retracting my measly  contribution and re-redirect it back it to my "upgrade technology peanut butter jar" for a better iPad some day down the road. like 2017. I'm perfectly happy with my slow, outdated iPad, but if I've been irresponsible here, this I want to know. Otherwise, I'm fine with an old, slow device. For now.

I just can't believe that the recipients of this fund are slyly laughing at their "so called saviors." Or, consider them so. But that's just me.

Lars, I am using "laughing" rhetorically here. I am by no way telling anyone what to do, I am merely stating my stance and belief.

I truly HOPE they appreciate the kindness of strangers and are putting the money to the uses it was intended for.

If your heart guided you to donate and you feel good about it, blessings to you.   Its the same stance I take with giving to beggars on the subway.  If they appear young, strong and able bodied I wont donate regardless of whatever sad story they are peddling that day.  There is certainly some job you are able to do.  But if they are visibly disabled and I believe they are unable to help themselves, I certainly DO donate to them.  For me its all about perception, because in these cases you have nothing else to go by.

The world's peoples are not immune from people taking advantage of them.  Just ask anyone affected by Bernie Madoff.....

I did not mean to offend you. You clearly missed my point. Feel free to PM me for a full explanation.

I'm a firm believer in not wasting bandwidth. I find quoting entire posts to be VERY distracting and wasteful. I choose the words that matter most to my commentary.

The software takes some getting used to. I haven't been on forums since the addition of all these various features. I actually created a profile today. LOL! I feel like a girl in a beauty parlor.

Larstrup, your comments on the two guys in temporary need are well-spoken. It speaks well for those who donate that they can avoid judgment and just pitch in. We'd all be better off having such an attitude.

please come back and let us know what kind of underwear you are buying these days.

These threads do have a way of veering off track now and then. Ah, my infamous underwear thread over at the "other site." I sure did enjoy writing that one.

Perhaps some readers would be interested in the outcome of that post from many years ago. There is a Black escort from days gone by that I see from time to time. While blond, lean guys are mostly my thing, I've always liked variety when I'm in the mood for it.

This particular Black escort is smart (has a great day job), witty (he always makes me laugh), very masculine (killer body, scent, and voice), and strikingly handsome (great taste in clothing). We have similar body frames. I find him terrific fun in bed, and I enjoy his company when sex is completed. I've known him a long time.

I saw him shortly after I posted that thread, and he said I should try on his underwear, and I did. It was a brand that I had never worn before, and lo and behold it was exactly what I was looking for. The discovery and the circumstances around it gave me a good chuckle.

I don't intend to reveal the details or feed any trolls, but I will say this, unless you have your underwear custom made with a bolt of your favorite fabric that you store, there's no way you can control the quality of the fabric that rubs up against your naked cock head and shaved balls. (The skin on my cock is sensitive and my balls are shaved.) Any large, manufactured brand will change fabrics through the years by default. It's the nature of the way large manufacturing works.

If you're like me, and you buy in bulk to last several years, and it's time to renew your stash, you can't expect the fabric quality to be the same. Trying new brands and styles is the only way to discover something new to enjoy.
