I was in Madrid this weekend. First time - twice - in "famous" Adan Sauna. Saturday at 5 pm. and Sunday at 6 pm. OmG it was bad in every sense. The location is old-fashioned and run down. The guy at the desk is really unfriendly. Both days only about 4 or 5 guys. All almost 30, in a way that I should have asked if they will pay me for a "massage". Thermas in Barcelona is much better, even if also there some signs of "running down" can be seen too. Almost the staff is friendly and there are really a good choice of guys. But Adan: Never again!

I had the same experience in Adana in Madrid last june. And recently, I talked to an escort from Madrid who was visiting Barcelona and he said that sauna is really bad and no one goes there anymore. 

It would be great if there are other sauna for the same purpose

When I went, years ago, the guy at the front desk was the coke dealer. He did a good business. Clients would mostly buy through their garoto.
