I am interested in starting a thread to help with translation for some sexual terms. This will help me on my upcoming trip, and it should also be helpful for anybody who might be interested in the future. I know some people may disagree with some of the things I put on here, but know that some of these things I am adding for completeness, and not just because they are my own sexual preferences (although mine are definitely included!). I would love any help translating these, because apps often translate using scientific words (esperma vs. porra/sperm vs. cum). Thanks in advance to anybody who chimes in. Well, a VERY helpful guy messaged me with some translations/notes. Here are his responses:

Cock = you can use Pau. But I bet those guys from Rio call it Piroca.
Hung = pausudo (someone with a big pau), dotado (as in “gifted”, with a big dick)
Gay = you can call it gay, and it’s not derogatory. “bicha” and “viado” are derogatory, but some guys like to be called that way in bed.
Feminine = feminino.
Masculine = masculino
twink=novinho, or just twink (try a more portuguese-ish pronunciation, tho)
jock=atleta (or malhado, or sarado)
military=militar
bear=urso (you can use “bear” as well)
