Members firecat691614502759 Posted August 7, 2015 Members Posted August 7, 2015 You have a better chance of finding what you want on www.gaythailand.com Be specific in when you are going and where and you are likely to find some like minded individuals who will be happy to show you the ropes. Quote

Popular Post TotallyOz Posted August 8, 2015 Popular Post Posted August 8, 2015 I don't think a tour guide is really needed in Thailand. It is easy to get around and go places and do things. But, if you want companionship, I suggest hiring a guide that is cute and gay. There was a recent thread on GayThailand about that. For me, I would have loved this on my first few trips. The cost is about 30-40 USD per day and I am sure it would be well worth it. Or, just go and find a guy you like that speaks English and have him stay with you the entire trip. Don't do like I have done and find one guy (or two in my case) and keep them for 10 years. That shit gets really expensive. I know you will love Thailand. paulsf, AdamSmith, MsGuy and 2 others 5 Quote

Guest callipygian Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 I'm saddened by the two bombings since yesterday in popular public places which have killed over 20 people so far. These people need to be caught and held accountable for their horrific crimes against humanity. Quote
paulsf Posted August 18, 2015 Posted August 18, 2015 I've been talking to a couple of my friends that live there. They don't get much involved in politics, but this has got them really angry. I'm headed back in a couple of weeks. It will be interesting if this hurts tourism. Quote
Guest rio2015sep Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 Here are two other forums: http://sawatdeenetwork.com/ http://www.gaybuttonthai.com/ Most are frequented by older gossiping queens, but they can provide valuable information nonetheless. You can also ask me anything else you would like to know. I live in Pattaya myself. Quote

This blogger is on my Facebook page; I also receive what he's written via email on a weekly basis. I think he's gay, but from what I've read from him, that part has not officially been revealed. I share this for your reading pleasure as well as for its usefulness to use upon your impending visit! Quote
Guest rio2015sep Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 I would almost forget Christian. http://www.christianpfc.blogspot.com/ Know for two things: 1 pissing off people for correcting their English. 2 for giving very accurate and up to date information about Asia but mostly Thailand. I met christian on two occasions and i can tell you that i never seen anyone so precies as he is. He brings a notebook everywhere he goes so he doesn't forget when he writes about what ever he has been doing or has seen. I can really recommend reading his blog. Quote
Members firecat691614502759 Posted August 26, 2015 Members Posted August 26, 2015 HaHa Ha Christian will be correcting your spelling. And I'll let him do it because I consider it useless folly. Quote
Guest rio2015sep Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 With the (not but) plug i just gave him...I deserve a few free grammar lessons. Quote
Members scott456 Posted January 9, 2016 Members Posted January 9, 2016 In summary, OP, you need to pay someone if you need to be guided. Or you just have to gather all the info from internet and venture out on your own. Quote
