One could make the argument that total expenditures on personal care products correlate more strongly with homely than with handsome.

Maybe I'm just a ho, but I find guys from each of those cities attractive!

Exactly!

Expenditure does not necessarily equal efficacy.

I spend part of the year in two of the top ten and I'd tend to agree. Based on what I've seen I'd put Phoenix higher up on the list, given the number of hot boys at Arizona State. I don't get Philadelphia or Boston, also surprised that LA and Dallas aren't ranked higher.
