I 'Liked' your post, but come to think, who is 'SA'? Sam Adams? The brew meister?

Dr Johnson became a teetotaler later in life and quite insufferable about it too.

My very favorite Johnson bon mot was what he said about Paradise Lost:

"None ever wished it longer."

Is there a difference between a teetotaler and someone who is insufferable? The brew meister has some good lines also. No doubt Milton was the bane of every school boy who ever lived.
