Since then we've been introduced to Fernando who will give you all that you're requesting and then some. Check out his reviews at www.tripadvisor.com. Check out the archives here; perhaps there is some old stuff that might be useful still!! Last year a good friend of mine who I met while in Rio de janeiro had Fernando as a guide.
