TotallyOz Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 That would last 20 years for Tomcal in Brazil but last me a few lifetimes! AdamSmith, Theolover and lookin 3 Quote
AdamSmith Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 It would support me dividing my time among NYC and Berlin and Tokyo for at least a year. Assuming I did not finally visit Thailand and disappear to the world. RA1 1 Quote
Guest lurkerspeaks Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 I buy tickets when it gets big like this, but I could never win.... I do NOT live in a trailer. I do NOT have a car up on blocks in my front yard. I DO have all of my own teeth, and I have NEVER appeared on the Jerry Springer show.. Those four factors pretty much rule me out for ever winning a major lottery Quote
AdamSmith Posted May 30, 2015 Posted May 30, 2015 One of the best answers I ever heard to 'What's the first thing you plan to do with your winnings' was: 'Finally have the driveway asphalted!' Quote
Members lookin Posted May 30, 2015 Members Posted May 30, 2015 Reminds me of Talullah's wonderful line at a party: 'I was raped in our driveway when I was eleven. You know, dahling, it was a terrible experience because we had all that gravel.' AdamSmith 1 Quote

Oz, you are pretty good with your calculations! lol this week I had to take one of the dogs to the vet for a emergency visit at 10:00 at night and the bill was $1600. and the next day one of my friends said "do you know how many boys that is in Brazil"! sadly I do, but when it comes to my dogs, I don't have limit as to what I would pay! :-) Quote

Members RA1 Posted May 30, 2015 Members Posted May 30, 2015 Wow, the next time I need emergency treatment at 10 PM I will remember that a vet might be available vs an MD. ( I take better care of my dogs than I do of myself.) Best regards, RA1 lookin and AdamSmith 2 Quote
