Speaking of Pointe 202 and Junior, there used to be a partner at Pointe 202, named Luis (also an attorney) seen often at Pointe. Admittedly, I rarely go to Pointe anymore, but I have not seen Luis at least for the last five or six visits. Does anyone know what became of Luis? Quote

It is good to know that Luis is still doing well. On the other hand, the other person you mentioned (Edgard from Lagoa) - died last year. Lagoa is now owned by Rodolfo. Out of the original three founders of Lagoa, only Rodolfo remains. Maybe Junior and Luis can convince Rodolfo to help finance the revived Estacao. Rio could use another sauna. Quote

But would Rio be able to support "another sauna" especially when times become lean in regard to those who would frequent it? Currently, there are three in Rio de janeiro and two in Sao Paulo. The key imho to being a successful sauna is appealing to the widest base as possible. For example, most nights Meo Mundo from 3:00 to 9:00 pm is mostly twinks and toned body type guys and then after 9:00 it has drag queen shows and fills up with a 2nd group of mostlydrag queens and their admirers after most of the escorts have left. George the co-owner of MM is a drag queen and had a large social group that get together every week and that helps their weekly revenue. 117 appeals to the muscular/body building crowd with probably 50% of their escorts definitely that type. Promotions bring out more clients.. 117's free rooms night on Tues. makes that it's biggest night. Quote
