Guest jaggeorge Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 Canadian Group has purchased a 564 foot ship ,capacity 1300passengers and 360 cars which will be converted to an entertainment complex .300 seat restaurant...numerous bar/lounge areas....gift shops...internet cafe......1500 person capacity night club...and huge sundeck.....will be seeking Thai Investment capitol to a maximum of 50 million baht with the ship as secutity by way of a marine mortage. Decision now is BKK or Pattaya.....posted to seek out input.....not just from an investment standpoint but as to the general concept..... Quote
