So far as I can tell, he knows nothing about aviation and was simply trying to make a buck. This happens from time to time and most find it not easy. A local high profile realtor once tried to switch to high dollar aircraft (no, that is not redundant) and could not maintain his lifestyle so went back to peddling houses.
