A federal judge ruled Friday that Alabama's ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional.

In an adjacent ruling an hour later.....the same judge upheld a law which prevents same-sex couples from kissing in public or engaging in private sodomy.......

Marriage WITH...... down the road benefits!

Congratulations Alabama!

Will Mississippi now take the plunge?
