So I called on the phone a few days after I made this post since nobody responded to me here, and they were (are) still open for business between 1pm and 7pm.

They are not operating as they did before, where you go in and look at guys behind the mirror. Instead, they send you pictures to your phone of the guys working there and you have to text back saying which guy you want to meet.

The person I spoke to on the phone sent me some pics of the guys who were available on the day I wanted to meet, and I chose the one I liked most, who was a Brazilian called Leo. 

I paid £130 for one hour with Leo and he was fantastic. I recommend Villa Gianni and Leo in particular if anyone reading this wants to  go there and try it out for the first time.

So they only do outcalls to your place? Did they mention their travel radius?

I believe both in and out calls are available

Interesting to see these prices. Possibly a dumb question but why are boys on RM so much more expensive? Is it just supply and demand?

Prices in London do seem to have crept up over the last 2-3 years with an incall rate of £200/hr now becoming quite common and some guys starting to ask £250/hr (or more)

The most popular site for advertising in the UK currently seems to be sleepyboy, with far fewer guys in the UK advertising on Rentmen 

It’s difficult to tell if the guys advertising on Rentmen are asking for higher rates than those on other sites such as sleepyboy (given the increasing tendency for rates to be listed as “ask me”),   however it is possible that the reduced competition on Rentmen and the fact that other sites such as sleepyboy are perhaps less well known to international travellers might result in guys on Rentmen thinking they can get away with charging more

For some reason Villa Giani has always charged significantly less than the average rate for London (it will have very different overheads and a different business model).  Adding a tip might also be more appropriate which may reduce the difference in price.

I don't know what is wrong with the rates in London. I recently asked rates for some escorts there because everyone says ask me, which is quite annoying and time consuming. To my surprise, most average guys will say 200, some hot guys would say 250, and some odd ones would say 300. Yep 300 gbp is like 430USD! Look wise, they are not that hot, but they seem to be ok with it, so probably there are a lot of people hiring them at that rate. When I visited London way before the pandemic, it would see 100gbp usually and some 130-150 at most but the rates were public. When I visited London last summer after the opening, most were quoting me 150 and now it became 200...I wonder whether the pandemic had a role in it? More or less the border has been open since last summer and now without any testing requirements for vaccinated, so I am guessing escorts can just go to london and try to make some money, which would push the rates down. Still the rate just kept increasing so I am just wondering what is contributing to the rate increase...

Perhaps the escorts have had so little income in the past year or so that they are now trying to make up the shortfall.

Perhaps they are just being greedy. Perhaps there are few regular clients, but I’d expect them to be given a discount.

Personally I can only see a ‘gym-god’ getting £300/$430 an hour.

even if the escorts want to be greedy or had little income, the rate is pretty much determined by the supply and demand. My understanding is that they can charge such a high rate because they are buyers on that price range. Recently, WillBritish quoted me 300gbp and I just couldnt stop laughing, especially after looking at his face...Maybe he has clients who are willing to pay such a rate regularly so he is quoting such a rate but must be someone with a bad taste lol

Checking Villa Giani’s website (which seems to have just come back online after a gap of several weeks) the price of an incall is still £130/hr (up from £100/hr before the pandemic)

The incall rate is inclusive of the cost of the room.

There is a separate price of £40/hr listed for hiring a room however this only applies if you are bringing along your own companion and want to hire the room on its own.

They were forced to close on 28th March 2020 by the council and only reopened fully at the beginning of 2022.

The one-way mirror door is back in business and as reported, it's £130 per hour.

There were 8 guys behind the mirror when I visited this week.

I visited Villa Giani last week. I was in London for a few days and decided to call in the evening before I was to fly home. I had planned my schedule to visit that evening, but in the event I was actually feeling quite unwell that afternoon (as it turned out within 24 hours I was hit by a very bad dose of cold and sore throat which lasted three or four days).

Even though I was feeling out of sorts, as I was close-by, I thought I would call in and look at the lineup anyway. That way at least I could report back a bit more info for this thread.

 

I rang the doorbell and a very pleasant, Hispanic looking guy, answered. I forgot to ask his name. It was a warm afternoon outside, and it was really warm, almost oppressively so, in the basement apartment.

 

The receptionist confirmed that the fee was £160 for one hour. Then I was brought to the mirror window. When the guys realised there was a customer at the other side of the window, they came up to it and pulled up their T-shirts to show off their chests.

 

Four guys were available. Three Hispanic looking guys, and a pale, European-looking guy. The pale guy and two of the other  guys were twinks, the other guy was more muscular.

 

I had a gut feeling that the European looking guy might be Irish (I’m Irish myself, and we can tell our own, lol). When I asked receptionist where he was from, he confirmed that my gut feeling was correct.

 

They were all reasonably good-looking in appearance, although perhaps not as quite as glamorous looking as one might expect for £160. I note from reading this thread that the price they charge has gone from £100 just before Covid, to £130 a bit later, and now £160. Well, good luck to them if they can get the money.

 

I was there at 6:20, and receptionist told me that if I wanted to take a guy, there would not be a free room available on the premises until 7 pm. I ask him to explain a bit more about their opening times, as the website says they are open from 1 pm until 7 pm. He explained that they are open later, but that there were only guys available to view until 7 pm.

 

I decided not to take a guy that day, mainly because I wasn’t feeling all that well.

 

I felt a little bit guilty about just being a "looky-loo" but the receptionist was very pleasant about it, and said it was no problem. Generally the whole atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. I don’t think anybody should feel nervous are going for a look, if they’re interested. It is literally a five minute walk from Earls Court tube station.

I visited the Villa again last week

I arrived about 6 pm on a Wednesday. It is my second time in in the place but I never hired there before as I wasn’t well on the last occasion (review of visit above).

Just to note if you have never been - there is no sign for the place, just a little plaque saying "Basement flat No.32" at the top of the stairs.

When I went in, I met the receptionist/host and he brought me to the one-way window.

The available guys were three South American guys. They were all Twinkish in build, and of average to good looks. I think they had been better looking bunch the previous time, when unfortunately I wasn’t up to doing anything

I clarified that the fee would be £160, which would include everything. I picked a guy called Pedro, who is from Brazil and quite new to the establishment.

I was told I’d have to wait for a room, and I was ushered to a little waiting-room just inside the door, with a couch and a TV.

Felt a bit weird to be stuck in this pokey room watching Sky News, but I was only was only there for maybe five or 10 minutes before the host came and brought me to the bedroom.

The room was a small windowless room with just basically bed and side table. If I had been hoping for an en-suite to possibly have a shower, I would have been disappointed

I decided I wanted a sort of proper massage first, but the bed was so soft it was hard for the poor masseuer - when he put pressure on my back I just sank into the mattress. I didn’t leave it long before I moved onto other activities. Pedro was friendly and eager to please.

When the session ended, I gave Pedro £160 in cash before I left the room.

The overall vibe was friendly and relaxing and I was offered water when I arrived and before I left.

Before I left, I asked the host if there were any guys apart from the three I saw who who would be available the next day, and he showed me some photos and videos of a guy who wasn’t in that day, but would be in the next day. So it may be possible to plan ahead to visit when a guy you like will be there.

He said the reason he gets so much is TOURISTS, come in and throw money at these guys.....is why when I'm traveling, I try not to throw the balance off scale for the locals and stick to the median price range, which is still good for the working guys too btw.

I live in London,  and you would expect to pay £200 for an hour, sometimes, plus uber. You would be lucky to pay less, some guys are asking, and getting, £300 or more.
