I hate to think that cold showers might produce blue balls (from the cold) but not be the cure. Ah, well, there is no cure for "manly" problems, is there? Guest StevenDraker Posted August 4, 2014 Share Posted August 4, 2014 At my gym I always take a cold shower immediately after I come out of the finish sauna or the hammam/steam room. The shower should be very cold and rather brief and it's proven to have health benefits. Some upscaled spas have a "well" with very cold water. I can't stay more than a few seconds in these ...
