Most celebrities don't want to be role models and most are not, at least in whatever passes for their private lives which also is almost non-existent for celebrities. I was a fucking idiot and said some horrendous things. Even at 19, I remember vividly a openly gay guy in my university and I would not ever even sit near him for fear of being found out. At the same time I was going into video booths and doing god only knows what. I also remember walking down Christoper Street and not going into any gay bar as I really thought someone from my church (in Alabama) would see me going in. The only point to the above is that often when we are young we are stupid and we learn and we grow. I think what he said was horrible and growing up in a racist family who used the N word and words to disparage gays all the time, I know how it feels to sit there and listen to thing you know are insane. Justin is hot and sexy and I want to fuck him. But, I also know that will never happen so I am not biased because he is cute.
