At the height of the Tylenol "scare" I specifically bought a box of Tylenol and labeled it, "For Staff Use Only". The box was empty but we had a bit of fun with it.

LOL excellent.

It's a case study in how to deal with a crisis. It's surprising how may companies haven't learned this lesson.
