I have to do a run to a consulate or embassy. I am open to suggestions but like someplace that has a few gay bars to keep me busy at night. Any suggestions?

I go to Vientiane /Laos, i really enjoy my stay there.

If you go there please make an reservation before, coz the hotel is very busy.

Please ask for the VIP room, it is worth.

Enjoy the Pack Lack bar and later in the night the underground bars.
