Back in the mid 2000s, he and Snoop Dog did a video in front of those beautiful stairs. At the time I thought he was Brasilian because he has the look! Don't fail to notice the garbage on the beach in IPA. People getting robbed on the sidewalks in broad daylight. Terrible traffic. A flightboard full of delayed/atrasado flights. And of course, the destruction at the start of the perimetral at the Santos-Dumont end.
