TotallyOz Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 I am doing an article on Fitness clubs in Pattaya. I am going to review: Marriott's Fitness Center Tony's California Fitness Fairtex Are there other clubs that you recommend I visit and work on for the article? Thanks. Quote
Guest laurence Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 Are there other clubs that you recommend I visit and work on for the article? Thanks. Looking forward to your review. Will this be a "walking" tour of the gyms or hands on the equipment? Big difference. Always thought the Marriott was a gentlemen's gym where the machines served as towel holders when the chaps would exercise their mouths more than their bodies. But the showers were unbeatable. Oh, there are at least 3 Tonys in Pattaya and most likely quite different in various ways. There was a gym, Javin, behind Flamingo Hotel but equipment was somewhat outdated. Quote
Guest Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 Will this be a "walking" tour of the gyms or hands on the equipment? Big difference. Thanks. Will try the one behind the Flamingo. Also, it will be a hands on workout. Me with the boyfriend and maybe another guy or two so we can all compare notes. Quote
PattayaMale Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 There is another small gym as you go north on 3rd road from Pattaya Tai. It is on the north side before Tony's Muay Tai gym and spa. Quote
mahjongguy Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 You could include the Hard Body gym on Jomtien Beach soi 3. Quote
Guest lester1 Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 You could also add the health club attached to the Royal Cliff Hotel, and there is another one whose name escapes me. It is in a soi half way up the hill on the way to Jomtien on the left. Quote
Up2u Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 You could include the Hard Body gym on Jomtien Beach soi 3. You could also add Universal Gym on Beach Rd near Pattaya Klang. Is California Fitness the same as California Wow? Quote
