Guest Paragon
Today is a national holiday to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the slain black leader whose death galvanized the civil rights movement in this country. I think his speech "I Have A Dream" remains one of the most inspirational speeches in our history.

TotallyOz
He is a great example of what peaceful protests can accomplish. Non violent resolution of issues seem to be a thing of the past. it is s shame as both King and Gandhi got great things accomplished with peaceful means. I look at my beloved Thailand right now and the bombs being thrown and the violence, it saddens me that they don't have a MLK.
