It is a VPN without all the cost or trouble of installing software. Here in the USA, I could not access Badoo.com until I activated "Hola" and had it make mask my location and have me appear to be online in Brazil. I did have to purchase it but I have used it in many countries and hotels with no issues. I also like being able to bypass hotel blocks to torrents and this software accomplishes that.
