If Google doesn't want to go to the expense of rephotographing the area, I would think it would a simple thing for them simply to blank out the boy's body from the picture.

Lookin, are you trying to get me to believe that Google can find 7,960,000 pages for my search for "hallelujah" in 0.19 seconds, but it can't figure out where it put that photograph?

Seriously, I may not know much about this tech stuff but even I ain't gonna buy into that!

I mean, dude, really, they must have had to locate it at least 200,000 times just since that article went viral.
