jpegs should work here just fine. what is the name of the file? If special characters in it, it might have an issue.

It does have one of those horribly long addresses. I downloaded it to my computer and tried to upload it as an attachment, but that didn't take. It's no big deal, I just thought it was an interesting picture:

To me, that looks like a copy of the url for the photo. If you see the photo, save to your desktop and rename it a one word jpg and see what happens. For access to the URL you listed, one would be required to be logged into your MS Live account.
