Guest EXPAT Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 The Supreme Court of NJ decided today against Christie's appeal on his stay request that a lower court judge said marriages for gays and lesbians could start on Monday Oct 21. However the Supreme Court will still hear arguments on Jan 6-7 from Christie in why marriages should be stopped. It's unlikely that will happen which is why the court did not honor the stay. Quote
