But among the beer-guzzling Brits and crappy tourist traps is this gem of a joint that serves the tapas you came to Barcelona to try. Like Cerveceria Catalana, it's best visited at off hours. The meats are better than the seafood, but it's all satisfying – and cheap to boot! Quote
