I started a new job and I'm changing careers.After finishing a study that I picked up a bit more than a year ago it's time for a change. Some may wonder if I'm still seeing regular clients but to those I have to say I'm sorry as I'm not. The new job I now have and the service I provided before simply cannot be combined.Most of all I would like to thank all the wonderful clients I met the past years. They made it possible that I lived a life of freedom, independence and travel while visiting the best places in the world for over a decade. Meeting other colleagues, either for a drink, or for a professional appointment with a client, has always been an equal pleasure.There's a bit of "last experience" that I'd like to share with colleagues who are still in this business.If you've got what it takes it's often easy to get into the adult business. However, nobody can do this forever and I experienced that it can be a real challenge to leave it as this is a service not all of us want to put on their resumes. That means the gap needs to be filled up with something else. No matter what we put there, we never actually have the experience we pretend to have there. In addition, no matter what (real) job we want to change to, experience is always required and the experience in "the made-up job" is something we don't have (since that part was made up).In short that's the problem escorts can be facing when leaving the business. I hope that others, still in the business, realize that and prepare for it. I think that the best way to prepare for it is either:a) to make sure you'll be self-employed after your escorting career (which is not always an option for everybody), or, to make sure you'll have a full-time or part-time job next to your escorting career.Most of all I wish everybody the best and I hope that everybody out there will either continue to enjoy the services of the escorts or -if they're service providers themselves- enjoy providing the service.Kudos to everybody.With warmest regards, Anton Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
