Members ihpguy Posted August 14, 2013 Author Members Posted August 14, 2013 IHOP = The handle that someone, not sure if that person has left, come back, fled, returned, maybe lurking unluckily, awarded me in one thread. IHOP = yech However, if anyone is down and cares for some buttermilk pancakes with pure maple Vermont syrup that I schlepped from the US of A, you're more than welcome to stop in for brunch. IHOP = DO NOT Original Pancake House or Walker Bros.(pictured in the film, Ordianry People) = DO try the Dutch Baby of Apple Pancake. You will be blown away, well not in that sense, buy it will be a Lucky find. Quote

Members axiom2001 Posted August 14, 2013 Members Posted August 14, 2013 Beautiful photos emitting a serene environment. One of my friends is in Rio right now, his third trip, and I think a very, very wonderful one for him. He's done hang gliding and lots of other valid activities as well. Yesterday his private carioca guide took him to the largest favela in Rio. I was there twice but with a small group each time. Think his 1-1 adventure would make for a more interesting venture. I'm living vicariously through his fabulous photos which he's been posting on his Facebook page. ...was suppose to have been in Rio for almost two weeks but decided against it since I will be in parts of Europe beginning next month. My first stop will be Berlin {solo} for five days prior to my joining a tour group to venture onward east! This trip will end in my experiencing Barcelona. Right now it has hit me, and I look forward to it. Hope to get back to Brasil in 2014 after those special games.... Again, thanks for sharing! Quote
