That's the brand new Ramen Burger, invented by chef Keizo Shimamoto, who turned to the extrusion and soup innovators at Sun Noodle in New Jersey to put it together. The recipe testing is over, and the Shoyu Ramen Burger is ready to debut at Smorgasburg, the Brooklyn flea market! A juicy piece of Meat between a carmelized Ramen Noodle Bun.
