Alvaro - Alvi/Alvinho lives here and is almost always available. His birthday was eleven days ago. Just turned 30, with five kids by four different women, a little bit more than par for the course. 30-40Reais normally, a pack of Hollywood Vermelhos(red) and two cervejas/beers and and a Saideira/nightcap or for the road.

Does "Paquetaense" mean "someone from Ilha de Paquetá?"

Yep. Ditto Goncalense for someone from Sao Goncalo. Caixiense for Duque de Caxias. Second and third largest cities in the metropolitan region.
