B - movie alert tonight on SyFy called "Sharknado"

I heard that the movie was green-lighted by an intern.

It seems odd that an intern would have the power to approve such an expensive production.

So #Sharknado is being repeated again Saturday night at 9 on SyFy and I guess they are also going to screen it in REGAL Cinemas:

Ziering's toup glue holds! :D

Sharknado 2: the Second One filming in New York – in pictures

More flying sharks! The sequel to last summer’s cult TV sensation is filming in New York this week, and while some discerning critics claim we’ve jumped the proverbial shark, most of us can’t wait to gather round with chums and watch the menacing fish take a bite out of the Big Apple

Ian Ziering, Dante Palminteri (yes, Chazz’s son) and Vivica A Fox stand on the hood of a New York City taxi trying to escape the Sharknado. Vivica survived Independence Day, and Ian survived 90210, so we’re pretty sure Dante is in good hands. Photograph: Buzz Foto/Rex

Ziering and Judd Hirsch – another Independence Day survivor – confront a shark. Hirsch, who first came to fame as a taxi driver in the 1970s TV show Taxi, plays a taxi driver. Get it? GET IT? Photograph: Startraks Photo/Rex

Why settle for one 90s castoff when you can have two? Sugar Ray singer Mark McGrath joins Ziering on the hood of that cab. Photograph: Startraks Photo/REX

This leads to a serious question: why is everyone standing on that cab, when clearly Sharknado is a threat from the sky? Finally, Hirsch and Ziering look up to confront the real threat: flying sharks. Photograph: Startraks

That’s a nice angry face, Ziering, but we think you can do better on the next take. Photograph: Startraks Photo/Rex

The latest trailer which is totally ridiculous. Coming later this month.

In our multiple text and email queries of expectations and likes beforehand, I specifically told "Nado" that I was not into biting, blood or scat. Needless to say, once "Nado" had arrived (early and unannounced) and had taken my money upfront, he failed to recall any of my previous expectations discussed and was in and out before I knew what hit me.

Although previous reviewers had experienced this same disappointment with "Nado" before, It wasn't until "Nado" hastly departed that I fully appreciated the saying that there are plenty more fish in the sea.

Review submitted.
