Members Gotti Posted June 21, 2013 Members Posted June 21, 2013 Today while Brazil was experiencing the biggest revolt in it's history (more than a million people protesting/rioting in several cities), the national congress was reunited, certainly debating the many issues that led to such situation, anyone would think. Well, not exactly. While people were trying to storm the building and there was even some fire in some areas (put down by the authorities) the congressman were inside discussing a proposal for a gay cure! And get this: They bother to vote on it. In a day like this! And believe it or not, it was approved! I don't know many details about this now approved gay cure cause the media was dedicating all it's coverage to the riots, but one thing I know: Brazil is in need of a lot more help than we thought it would. Members axiom2001 Posted June 22, 2013 Members Posted June 22, 2013 Since we all should know that there "aint no" cure to homosexuality, the congresspersons in Brasil used this to gloss over what should have been their primary focus: fix the ills that exist in the country. I applaud the protestors, and my two or three friends who live there apparently are caught up in the movement because that's all that they've been reporting on their Facebook pages. Quote
