My favorite scene in all of the Raiders of the Lost Arc movies, and maybe the best opening scene in any movie ever, is the opening to the Temple of Doom with the 42nd St production number staged in the gangster's night club. The dance, the music, the tyco drums, the first shot, the following frantic action: search for the precious diamond and poison antidote amongst the ice and all the following gun play with hide and seek from the bullets. A fantastic movie opening. Two thumbs up. Unfortunately, it was all down hill after that scene. AdamSmith 1 Quote
