It mentions the absurd notion that saggy pants started in prisons so inmates could let other prisoners know they wanted sex Anyway the link below has a few sweet pics if you like saggers and also the complete story. When people are locked up in jail, the police take away your belt so that you can't use the belt to commit suicide or to commit violence. The pants would sag. It had nothing to do with wanting sex lol. The trend became very popular with urban teens and gangster rappers. Quote
