Guest Hoover42 Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 What a tremendous voice she has; that woman gives me chills. Quote
Guest EXPAT Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Thanks for posting this. I absolutely loved this performance when I saw it on Smash. I immediately started searching for it on YouTube. I'm glad you found. By the way, it does play here just fine when I saw it. Quote
Members ihpguy Posted March 3, 2013 Members Posted March 3, 2013 Thanks for posting this. She was great. I can still remember the stories when she was voted off of Idol. The strange reasoning. But one question for those more technically-inclined. And not to even hint a bit at this or not in relation to this song. But how does one have a clue if a voice is auto-tuned like on many of the GLEE performances? Can someone explain? Quote
Guest EXPAT Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 NBC is moving "Smash" to Saturdays, which could mean curtains for the Broadway-based drama. The network announced Wednesday that the sophomore series, which has flatlined in the ratings on Tuesdays, will start airing Saturday nights at 9 p.m. ET beginning April 6, where it will finish out its second season. At this point, relegated to a weekend timeslot, it seems highly unlikely that the series will be renewed for a third year. Quote
Guest josephga Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 there's a saying that Saturdays is where shows go to die. CBS 48 hours mystery does very well do to it being cheap to produce and the over 40 crowd like myself that stays home on Saturday nights like it. But when a show is moved from its normally night to saturday nights its normally done so to blow off remaining episodes Quote
