TotallyOz Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 I made this today and it was great. 1 cup frozen organic raspberries 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 Tbsp chia seeds 2 scoops protein powder (I used Teras whey Acai flavor. delicious!) 2 scoops Standard Process complete powder (your nutritional insurance) ½ of a fresh squeezed lime small handful fresh mint or parsley water to liquify (I used citrus-infused water from my pitcher) Add ingredients to blender in order listed. Blend until smooth. Feel free to add more or less water depending on consistency you like.
