Hawaii News Now (http://bit.ly/14tFM3U) reports Jim Nabors and hispartner, Stan Cadwallader, traveled from their Honolulu home to Seattleto be married Jan. 15. Gay marriage became legal in Washington state last month. The 82-year-old Nabors says you've got to solidify something when you've been together as long as they have. The couple met in 1975 when Cadwallader was a Honolulu firefighter. Cadwallader is 64. Nabors says he's been open about his homosexuality to co-workers and friends but never acknowledged it to the media before. Members wayout Posted January 30, 2013 Members Share Posted January 30, 2013 I was listening to satellite radio this morning and the DJ talked about Nabors marrying his longtime partner but seemed to be very careful not to mention it was a man or woman. Disappointed that he wouldn't be more specific. Anyway, very happy to hear about such a long term relationship like that and that they got married. Best wishes to the happy couple.
