Members MsGuy
Good luck, Josephga. Forty years ago rehab from that was a total painful bitch but no doubt they have better methods now.

Members BigK
Hope all goes well and hope you have someone to help during your recovery. I guess you won't be giving massages for a while.

Guest josephga
I have to go in again monday to have it looked at again. I'm hoping the injury is small enough that it can heal on its own or through rehab. Last 2 days it hasn't bothered me as much
Guest EXPAT
I truly do hope it goes well, but I have to ask the $64,000 question. . . .does this mean you've been on your knees too much?
AdamSmith
If this helps any, several relatives report that new knees are well worth the trouble & short-term pain. (Providing enough opioids in the recovery phase!)
Guest josephga
LOL actually I was in the gym working out on the elliptical rider. Like I have done 100s of times, during the final 2 minutes I felt a pop in the knee. I've been working since then but wearing knee brace on that knee...
