Complaints resulted in bad news for the complainees as the manager continued his high-calorie diet. Now Sparks Steak House, where Mafia boss Paul Castellano was gunned down in 1985 is paying out $600,000 to the aggrieved men. The restaurant must also institute new anti-discrimination and harassment policies, along with a no-shoot-to kill zone.
