Thanks to music licensing rights, that clip will never appear online for me to share with you, so we'll have to make do with the return of Stefon, telling you what's hot in New York City for Halloween. I used to hate Stefon, but he's grown on me. And now that he can hardly keep from laughing, it has become a really funny skit. It reminds me of the old Carol Burnett Show when they couldn't keep from laughing at themselves. That alone makes this skit funny.
