a Springfield City Council public hearing in August, but it’s just started bubbling up on the Internet. You gotta stick with it to the end but, trust us, it’s worth it.

Its hard to listen to the entire video ... but its important to do so for the ending to make sense and be appreciated.

I think you are completely on mark here. It ended with a nice surprise but the delivery of the end was kind of anti-climatic.

I think that was because he took too long at the beginning then only had a minute left to make the point.
