Guest EXPAT Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 The restrooms at the Boom Boom Room at the Standard Hotel in New York City have floor to ceiling windows in the toilet stalls. Most people think the glass is mirrored from the outside, but it's not, and your business is completely visible from the High Line. Quote
Guest hitoallusa Posted September 14, 2012 Posted September 14, 2012 Now I don't know why someone wants to do that? Is there anyone here wants to be watched when you go?? Guest FourAces Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 Wasn't this the same hotel a while back that did the same thing with their rooms? Quote
AdamSmith Posted September 15, 2012 Posted September 15, 2012 I knew I should have spent more time loitering the High Line! ...Reminds a bit of the lobby restrooms in the pre-renovation Paramount hotel in Times Sq. (the renovation couple years back ruined it): Every inch of wall surface was MIRRORED. Whenever staying there, I would always run down to the lobby when I needed to pee. Quote
