I was interested to know what was up. For anyone visiting now, they have a new transit system. Gone are the days of private taxis all the way to the top. One must either take the funicular all of the way to the top - often with long waits - and more costly or else a minibus and then a different bus combined with an entry ticket for the last bit to the top.
