Members Lucky Posted May 24, 2012 Members Posted May 24, 2012 Although we are waiting verification from EXPAT, there is evidence to believe that singer Elton John is in LA's Cedar-Sinai Hospital with a serious respiratory infection. All concerts are canceled. TMZ updates: Elton checked into Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. at 6 AM Wednesday. John underwent a battery of tests, after which the doctors recommended that he NOT perform for 7 days. He was told he needed "complete rest and antibiotic treatment to prevent damage." The singer had to cancel 4 concerts scheduled this weekend in Las Vegas. John is believed to have been released from the hospital. Quote
Guest EXPAT Posted May 24, 2012 Posted May 24, 2012 I saw this on The Today Show this morning. This is the second time he's had to cancel his Vegas shows due to a respiratory condition. I hope he hasn't developed some chronic bronchial condition. That would severely hurt his ability to sing. Quote
