An L.A based masseur is suing the star and accusing him of trying to solicit SEX during a scheduled massage..... Ooooooooooh. BIG Surprise !. Rumors have been swirling for YEARS about JT's escapades, and apparently he's hollywoods Worst kept secret..... Of course he is denying the accusations, but we all kinda know where this is heading......out of court settlement.... Come on JT, it's 2012. come out, come out whereever you are ! The taped auditing disclosers are quite a strong incentive to stay inside the COS. For a public figure with a film career, it is very difficult to break from this cult. But TMZ appears to have uncovered some proof that Travolta was not in Los Angeles on the date in question, like Travolta's spokesman claims. There is a picture that sources say was taken Jan. 16, 2012 in New York City, of which Travolta's camp says they can prove the location and date. There is also a receipt for Mr. Chow, an upscale New York Chinese restaurant. The receipt is dated Jan. 16 and while it doesn't show Travolta's signature, TMZ has confirmed with the restaurant that Travolta was dining there on the date in question. This looks to put the initial lawsuit to rest, perhaps. But a second John Doe masseur has filed a lawsuit, through the same attorney, alleging that Travolta tried to grab his genitals during a massage on Jan. 28 in Atlanta. Travolta's camp calls both claims "absurd and ridiculous." Updated to add: Now Okorie Okorocha, the lawyer for the masseurs who are accusing Travolta, tells TMZ that more masseurs have come forward with similar claims and will join the lawsuit. He also says that during initial discussions with Travolta's lawyers, they conceded that the actor was in fact in Los Angeles on Jan. 16. Isn;'t this just a ongoing rehash of the same type of stories we have heard for many years. Yet none of these guys ever have a pic, finger prints, dna lol ? The reports were detailed and quoted JT talking about 'what little Johnny wants'. Others may say it's only a website but may I just point out that Popbitch has been published for years with detailed allegations about politicians, actors and other public figures misbehaving but has NEVER been sued successfully (in the rather lenient UK courts) for defamation.
