April 5, 201214 yr The first pic is Sunset Blvd however the date is unknown. The tagline for the Imperial (on the billboard says) America's Most Carefully Built Car lol. The second pic is a kid stopped by the LAPD for racing in the Los Angeles River Bed 1958.
April 6, 201214 yr The car being advertised in the first photo is a 1960 Imperial LeBaron, so the photo must have been taken in late 1959 or 1960.

April 7, 201214 yr I think my folks had a 1960 Imperial back then. I was very young but remember how much room there was in it.
