"The Closer" on TNT

Does anyone else enjoy "The Closer" on TNT as much as I do? I love the Brenda Lee Johnson character. She cracks me up. I am very sorry that it is ending this year after 7 seasons. The last episodes will air this summer.

I saw this fan thank you ad today and thought I'd share it. Anyone who watches the show will get it.

Great TV show. I didn't know it was ending. That is sad. I have really enjoyed the show over the years.

I was watching Phenomenal or something like that with Travolta this weekend and she was the lead lady. I had forgotten that.

I loved her hats in the show. I wish they could close up on her shoes, I just want to see what she has on but it's so hard to see.

Yeah, this is one of my must see procedurals. Great cast and characters. It was orginally announced to end last summer but something happened to extend it.

I suspected that Ms. Bacon was ready to move on. I also suspected the Production Co wanted to extend the show library to broaden appeal for rerun syndication. Else I have no idea why the reprieve of last summer. Maybe she was trying to recover a little after Madoff fleeced her and Kevin.

I have followed this very closely. Last summer is when they announced that the 7th (current) season would be the last. And that the 7th season would be split between the winter and this coming summer.
