Grammy Poll 2012

Recommended Posts

The Grammy's red carpet is being set up for Sunday. This is one of my favorite award shows just behind the Academy Awards. . .

I'm looking forward to hearing Adele post throat surgery. They were smart to keep her hidden away until Sunday's award performance.

AP is reporting as is Ryan Seacrest productions that the Grammy producers have reached out to Jennifer Hudson and Chaka Khan to do a Whitney Houston tribute tonight on the Grammy's. It has been confirmed and rehearsals are already underway. I'm sure that will be a moment to watch. If there is anyone who has a voice nearing the quality of Whitney Houston it's Jennifer Hudson. I'll be curious how they will handle this.

OK. I have to talk about Grammy Fashion. While the Grammy's are the top music awards show for royalty, the attire can be a bit on the far out side and this year was no exception. So I'm going to do this in three categories.

First up are my top two choices for BEST DRESSED.

BEST DRESSED FIRST PLACE goes to Rihanna in a gorgeous black dress cut way down to there. . .

BEST DRESSED SEOND PLACE goes to Fergie in a gorgeous red/orange see through dress with strategically placed black underwear.

My second category would normally be WORST DRESSED. But this is The Grammy's. So I will call these Most oddly Dressed. . .

MOST ODDLY DRESSED First Place goes to Nicki Minaj (who for some reason came with an Arch Bishop as part of her nun-like attire?

MOST ODDLY DRESSED Second Place goes to Russian electronic artist Sasha Gradiva in what I can only describe has half-elegant and half Borg?

And the rest are all honorable mentions including a very hot Adam Levine from Maroon 5 and NBC's "The Voice" fame. He is hot when you can't see all of his gawd awful tattoos all over his body.
