Members KYTOP
Who knows why, since it is not literally true. Because the railroads from Chicago freight and auto/truck traffic from Chicago and Midwest travel use to go through Indy to get to the ports in the South and also Florida. Then most trains, freight, autos/trucks heading West from New York and New England travel through Indy going West. The freight crosses North/South - East/West in Indianapolis.
