Romney predicted in decided win in Florida

Recommended Posts

Looks like he is headed for 47% of the vote in Florida which would be a double digit win over Gingrich. How long will Gingrich stay in the race? He says he will stay all the way to the convention. Of course that will make it more interesting.

Gingrich will stay in as long as his supporters' money lasts, because he knows this is his last hurrah. Once his own money is required, he'll find an exit.

There are two things keeping Gingrich in the race:

1) Republicans are waiting for Rush to say it's okay to vote for Romney.

2) The continued support for Gingrich from Fox "News". Even there, a lot of FNC contributors, even Mr. Ann Coulter are coming out against Newt.

As the support from Fox erodes, so too does the support from the base.
