Guest FourAces Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 I happened on to this ABC show last night. Its fun to watch ... I like that the money is real ... Marc Cuban is the most aggressive which most of us in Dallas already know So far two episodes this season which is its second season. I think a few of us should get together to propose a gay stud agency whatever that will be lol. Check it out online at abc.com Quote
Guest EXPAT Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 A couple of my friends love this show. But I'm avoiding all reality shows on principle because they are the downfall of American Television in my opinion. The only "reality" I watch are the singing competition shows like American Idol and X-Factor. But that is it. I'd rather spend my time on scripted drama or comedy. I know they are doing these shows because they are cheaper but they are also putting a lot of actors and writers out of work just for profit. So I avoid them. Quote
Members BigK Posted January 30, 2012 Members Posted January 30, 2012 I enjoy the show. Some really interesting Business Plans and some really stupid Business Plans. I'm ready to start the stud agency. Let the auditions begin! Quote
Guest gcursor Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Really EXPAT? Reality shows are the downfall of American tv? Does that include AMERICAN IDOL? You mention that you'd like to spend your time on scripted drama or comedy. Most of the reality tv shows are scripted in one way, shape or form. Perhaps if not by story then by the almighty editor who can make the Pope look like the next Anti-Christ in a 5 second recap. I've never really liked reality tv myself. Well I liked that male model TV competition that was called MANHUNT: The search for America's Most Gorgeous Male Model. I also liked that one gay reality dating show they did on Bravo years ago until I found out that the 2 finalists didn't go on the trip together and split the trip vouchers to go on their own trip. I think there should be a reality series showing male escorts in various sexual competitions. just to make it more interesting, we'll put it on a deserted island where nobody wears any clothes. we'll even have a moderator for the show (Oh...all right, I'll take the job!) and before people leave the island (as they are voted off), they are treated to a good bye orgy! NOW THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT!! gcursor A couple of my friends love this show. But I'm avoiding all reality shows on principle because they are the downfall of American Television in my opinion.
